All orders towards suppliers are getting created automatically, word documents get pre-populated with product and supplier information.

We automate the provisioning of the project environment in Teams, making sure all folders and templates are provided automatically. This avoids duplication of files, folders and creating a mess.

By moving away from email into Teams, the team of AB Project is able to have quicker and more structured communication. No more looking for that last version email endlessly.

Auto capturing project related emails

Using Power Automate and AI we're able to capture any email being received from customers or suppliers about a specific project and add the emails AND attachments in the relevant Teams environment for the project.

External Access By Suppliers & Customers

Using M365 & Teams gives AB Project the ability to invite their suppliers and customers to collaborate and communicate in their own dedicated spaces. No more endlessly emailing to get to the point.
